We are so stoked to feature the rockin' snowboarder Mirjam Seip from Germany. This up-and-comer has finished in the top three in national contests for the last few years and is always out there on the lookout for the best powder and parks around the world, including Fellhorn (Germany) Laax (Switzerland), and Winterpark (Colorado). When not tearing down a mountain, Mirjam is working towards obtaining her business degree. She is sponsored by Arbor Snowboards, Horsefeathers Clothing, and JeeVice Eyewear.

Best vacation: Fun and sport. In March of this year, my shred buddies from S-cut Productions and I went to Colorado for three weeks. We had a great time riding and shooting at some of the best resorts/parks in the world.

Guilty pleasure TV show: Cheesy German daily soaps.
Favorite comfort food: Chocolate with almonds...yummy.

Advice for beginners: Get the right gear, go out there, have fun and never give up. Everybody can do it...
Hero: I don't really have one hero. I adore my family, all my friends and all the people I go riding with.
Worst experience snowboarding: That was in St. Moritz in 2006, when I broke my vertebra and wrist.
I'm most proud of: Studying economics, so I am really proud of myself when I do well on the exams, especially during the winter term when I am out there riding all the time.
Favorite summer day activity: Backpacking the world with my sister or friends.
Pet peeve: Dishonest people.
The perfect date: Cooking Italian or Greek at home, drinking wine, good music, conversation, laughter.

Why I ride: Snowboarding puts a smile on my face and satisfies me every day I am out there with my friends. Riding powder is awesome! I love doing rails; 270 on and off are my favorite tricks currently. And on the kicker, my favorite trick at the moment is an FS 360.
