here's the tip:

We are a big fan of something called ideokinesis. It's basically the act of thinking about a move in your mind before actually doing it. This is great practice for any athlete. If there is a move you are trying to accomplish, imagine yourself doing it in your head. Feel every motion, including what your legs are doing, what your arms are doing, and really try to see yourself executing the move perfectly. We bet the next time you go for it on the water, snow or asphalt, you will nail your moves!
