Do Good, Be Good
here's the tip:

Apply Arnica, usually sold as a gel or balm, to bruises to cut down on healing time and ease pain. Arnica is derived from a mountain plant called arnica montana. It's non-toxic, goes on easy, and is non-sticky. We've mixed it with balms made with lavender oil as well; it's calming and has long been used for inflammation. Finally, don't forget the amazing healing power of ice!
