A great post-surf stretch after all that paddling is to interlace your hands at your chest, then press your palms away from you at shoulder level. Round through your upper back and tuck your hips under a little to intensify the stretch. Tuck your chin, focus on separating between your shoulder blades, and then draw little "figure eights," initiating them from your shoulders. Ahh, that should feel great! (You can do this standing, sitting, or even on your surfboard.)
